You can add links to the body of email messages and display them as either full website addresses or any text that you choose.
Insert a hyperlink

In the body of your message, position the cursor where you want to add a link and select the Insert link
button (or press the shortcut keys Command ⌘+ K). -
In the window, you can specify what you want the hyperlink text to Display as, then add your Web address (URL). If you prefer the link to be displayed as a full hyperlink address, you can leave the Display as box blank.

Select OK.
Change text into a hyperlink

To insert a hyperlink, select the text you want to hyperlink and select the Insert link
button. -
In the window, enter the address for the link and select OK.
Remove a hyperlink

To remove the text of a hyperlink, place your cursor within the link text in the body of your message.

In the Format menu (or press the shortcut keys ⌘+ K), select Hyperlink
, and then select Remove Link.

In the body of your message, position the cursor where you want to add a link.

In the Message tab on the ribbon, select Insert Link or you can use the shortcut key Command ⌘+ K.

In the Insert Hyperlink window, choose Web Page or File, This Document, or Email Address:

For Web Page or File: Add the full website address.

For This Document: Select a place in the Document by choosing Top of the Document, Headings, or Bookmarks.

For Email Address: Add an Email address and Subject.

In the Text to Display box, type the text you want to appear in your message. If you want the link displayed as a full hyperlink address, leave the Text box empty.
Change text into a hyperlink

In your message, select the text you want to change into a hyperlink.

On the Message tab on the Ribbon, select Insert Link, or under the Format menu, select Hyperlink.

In the Insert Link box, type the address for the link and select OK.
Remove a hyperlink

In the body of your message, position the cursor inside the link text.

In the Message tab on the Ribbon, select Insert Link or under the Format menu, select Hyperlink (or press the shortcut keys Command ⌘+ K), and then select Remove Link.
