Outlook LTSC 2019 crashes opening Viva Engage, Yammer, Power Automate, and other emails

ISSUE

When you open emails sent from Viva Engage, Viva Insights, Yammer, or Power Automate, classic Outlook crashes.

The crash event from the Windows Event Viewer will have a similar signature:

STATUS: FIXED

This issue has been fixed by a change from the service on 6/13/2025. To pick up the change, please restart Outlook.
