You can share an entire list or just a list item. 

Share a list from the Lists home page

  1. On the Lists home page, point at the list, then select Open actions > Share.

  2. Enter who you want to share with; it can be an individual or a group.

  3. Choose the permissions. 

  4. Select Grant access.

Share the list that's currently open

  1. On the toolbar at the top, select Share.

  2. Enter who you want to share with.

  3. Choose the permissions.

  4. Select Apply.

  5. Select Send.

The recipient will receive an email notification with a link to the list.

Share a list item

  1. In the current list, select the item you want to share.

  2. In the toolbar at the top, select Share.

  3. Enter who you want to share with.

  4. Choose the permissions.

  5. Select Apply.

  6. Select Send.

The recipient will receive an email notification with a link to the item.
