How do I connect my native iOS calendar to Outlook mobile?

Applies To
Outlook for iOS

The Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad usually stores its events in iCloud. To see those events in Outlook, add your iCloud account to Outlook. Outlook then shows your iCloud calendar, along with your iCloud mail and contacts, next to your other accounts.

  1. Make sure you have an iCloud Mail address. It ends in @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com. If you don't have one, go to icloud.com/mail, sign in with your Apple Account, select Create Email Address, and follow the onscreen instructions. If you see an inbox instead, you already have an iCloud Mail address.
  2. In Outlook, go to Settings, tap Add Account, and then tap Email Account.
  3. Enter your iCloud Mail address, and then tap Add Account.
  4. When the Apple sign-in page opens, sign in with your Apple Account and allow Outlook to access your iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts. You don't need an app-specific password.
  5. If Outlook asks for an app-specific password instead, update Outlook to the latest version, restart it, and try again. If you still need one, see iCloud accounts: 2 step authentication/App-specific password troubleshooting.

Your iCloud events now appear in the Outlook calendar together with your other calendars.
