Missing ApplicationOptions attribute in user object created by New-CsHybridApplicationEndpoint cmdlet in Skype for Business Server 2015

Symptoms

When you run the New-CsHybridApplicationEndpoint cmdlet to create a user object in Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015, you find that the ApplicationOptions attribute of the user object is missing.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the March 2018 cumulative update 6.0.9319.516 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Core Components.
