Yes. If you have registered several numbers to be used for caller identification, you can select a Skype Number or mobile number that has the same area and country code as the destination you are calling.
To display different numbers when you call different countries:

Sign in to your account.

In the Manage features section, click Caller ID.

Tick Automatically display a phone number that is local to the call destination .
