If you are porting your Skype Number from France, contact the Voxbone/Bandwidth toll free number at +33805080975 to obtain the associated RIO (Relevé d'identité opérateur) code. You’ll need to give this to your new provider to initiate porting.

If you have not received the RIO via SMS within 2 days, please utilize the request RIO via email option.

After sending your request, you can open a case with Skype customer support stating that you have requested an Email RIO for Number XXXX. Once we receive the email, our team will get the RIO to you as soon as possible.
