Important: Starting May 5th, the Skype Dial Pad will only be visible to you in Teams if you have an active paid subscription or active Skype Credit. If your Skype Credit is inactive, you'll need to reactivate it in My Account before you can view the Skype Dial Pad in Teams.

Select Reactivate Credit .Note: If you're using iPhone or iPad and the Reactivate Credit option is not available, then you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
It might take up to 15 minutes to reactivate. We'll send you an email when it's done. If you're in Japan, things work a little differently. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more information.
Skype Credit will go inactive after 180 days of no use. Make sure you place a call (outside your subscription, if you have one) or send a text every 180 days. We send a reminder email 7 days before your Skype Credit becomes inactive.
