We build Clipchamp in close partnership with our customers. Whether you have an idea, a bug to report, or want to help influence what we build next, there are several ways to share feedback, depending on how involved you’d like to be.

Below are the three best ways to provide feedback, from quick and lightweight to more direct collaboration with the product team.

Option 1. Share feedback directly in Clipchamp (fastest)

If you’re already using Clipchamp and want to share feedback in the moment, you can do this directly from the product.

How it works?

  1. Select the speech bubble (feedback) icon in the Clipchamp header

  2. Add feedback, suggestion, or issue

  3. Submit — no extra setup required

When this is best?

  • You’ve spotted something while working

  • You want to report friction, a bug, or a missing capability

  • You want your feedback tied to real usage context

This feedback goes straight to the Clipchamp team and helps us understand what’s happening as you use the product.

Option 2. Post ideas and feedback in the Clipchamp forum

If you’d like to share an idea more publicly, or see what others are discussing, you can post in the Clipchamp feedback forum.

What the forum is for?

  • Feature ideas and requests

  • Workflow suggestions

  • Patterns you’re seeing across teams or scenarios

  • Voting and discussing ideas with other customers

Why use the forum?

  • Your idea is visible to others

  • You can build on existing requests instead of starting from scratch

  • The Clipchamp team actively reviews and tracks themes from forum feedback

This is a great option when your feedback is broader than a single issue, or when you want to see how others are thinking about similar needs.

Option 3. Level up feedback by joining the Clipchamp customer panel

If you’re interested in going beyond written feedback, you can join the Clipchamp customer panel. Doing so opens up the opportunity to be invited to direct conversations with the Clipchamp product team.
