Replying to or forwarding an email does not include the original message in the email body in legacy Outlook for Mac

ISSUE

When replying to or forwarding an email in legacy Outlook for Mac, the original email content or previous conversation appears blank, and only the email headers are visible.

STATUS: INVESTIGATING

The Outlook Team is investigating this issue for a fix. We will update this topic as soon as we have more information.

WORKAROUND

You can switch to Outlook for Mac. From the Outlook menu, uncheck Legacy Outlook or select the toggle button at the top of the Outlook for Mac window.
