This security update includes quality improvements. The following summary outlines key issues addressed by the KB update after you install it.

• After installing the June 2025 Windows security update, Windows Server 2025 will retain system restore points for up to 60 days. To apply a restore point, select Open System Restore. Restore points older than 60 days are not available. This 60-day limit will also apply to future versions of Windows Server 2025.

If you installed earlier updates, your device downloads and installs only the new updates contained in this package.
