ISSUE
Users may encounter an issue where custom caption labels are not saved after closing and reopening Word. These labels are expected to appear in the Insert Caption dialog.
STATUS: FIXED
This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the next Current Channel version update for Office, version 2605.
