When Sign language view is enabled in Microsoft Teams Free, designated sign language interpreters stay visible in the main viewing area. Their videos are larger, more visible, and of higher quality. You can still spotlight or pin other participants. Sign Language View is a personal setting, which means it won’t change other participants’ views of the meeting.
