With Microsoft Forms, you can send your form or quiz to students, parents, and colleagues and collect their responses in a few different ways, depending upon your needs. If you've already created a form, follow these instructions to choose who to send it to, who can respond, and how to send it.Â
You can send your form as an email in Outlook, a message in a Teams group or channel, via a QR code, or you can copy the URL or embed code for use in another type of message. Revisit these instructions anytime you need to send the form again, or use Copilot to boost responses by sending reminders if people haven't responded.Â
