The Copilot Prompt Gallery app (also known as Prompts) has been a central place to discover and use relevant prompts across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and agents.
Microsoft is streamlining Prompt Gallery experiences so you can easily submit a prompt within Copilot Chat. As part of these updates, the Copilot Prompt Gallery app will be discontinued from July 2025.
When are the changes happening?

Starting June 2025, you will no longer be able to do new installs of the Copilot Prompt Gallery app.

From July 15 2025, you will no longer be able to access the Copilot Prompt Gallery app.
How do I find the Prompt Gallery in Copilot?
Microsoft prompts, your prompts and Team prompts can be found the Prompt Gallery in Copilot Chat. To open the Prompt Gallery in Copilot Chat, follow these steps:

Microsoft prompts and your prompts can be found in the Prompt Gallery in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. To open the Prompt Gallery in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, follow these steps:

Open PowerPoint or Word to create a new document or open an existing one.

Open the Copilot chat pane.

Click the + button and select View Prompts.
