Branded templates provide a place to start when creating PowerPoint decks, documents, and so on, and help ensure your brand identity is used consistently across your organization. They are uploaded to the Microsoft 365 Copilot app by your marketing, brand, design, or other organizations and made available to you. The selection of branded templates available will depend on what your company has provided.
Find and apply branded templates to your work

Open the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

Select Create.

Choose > More... > Brand templates.

Filter by All, Official, or Created by you. You'll see a collection of templates that are available for your use. For example, here is a selection of Microsoft-branded templates.

Select a template. You can see which app, such as PowerPoint, the template applies to. That app will open with the template applied.

Edit your file as needed then save it as you normally would.
