Viva Learning offers a personalized learning experience by integrating various learning resources and tools into a secure and reliable platform.

Learn about the features in Viva Learning that help you have a complete and secure learning experience: 

Admin-Driven Access: The learning content and content providers (LMS) you can access is managed by your organization's admins. Your organization can add members of specific Microsoft 365 groups to receive additional privileges like Academy Management.

Links to External Content:  Both learners and organization admins can access and manage external learning content through URLs.  Your organization can allow or block specific domains to ensure you only interact with approved and secure content.

SharePoint Sensitivity Labels: Your organization can define rules for sensitivity labels to be applied to any content imported from SharePoint sites to Viva Learning. For example, a document labelled as "Confidential" has restrictions on who can view, edit, or share it. These labels also provide visual indicators, such as headers or footers, to alert you about the sensitivity of the content. 

Learning Collections: You can curate different content in Viva Learning from various providers enabled for their organization. These collections are linked privately to your user account and aren't automatically shared with other learners. However, you can share or recommend the content to others if you want.

Social Tabs: You can create dedicated spaces for collaboration and discussion on learning content by adding a Viva Learning tab to any Teams chat or channel. This content can only be accessed by users you add to the chat or channel.
