1. Open Authenticator and select  or   then  Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Autofill section and select  Export Passwords.

  3. Select Export.

  4. Choose a folder where to save the export file and select Save.

    Important: 

    • Exported passwords are no longer encrypted and are not secure. Once you have imported your passwords to another provider, ensure the export file is deleted. 

    • Only passwords can be exported. Any addresses or payment cards must be manually recreated.

  5. Import your passwords. See Import passwords to your Google Account or Set up iCloud Passwords & Keychain for more information.

If you tried all of these steps and are still having issues, we recommend sending your log files for diagnostics. Open the app, go to the app's top-level menu, and then select Send feedback.

After that, contact Support or go to the Microsoft Authenticator app forum and explain the problem you're seeing and the steps you tried.
