-
The Project Manager agent will automatically take these files into account on all future task generation or execution.
Let's look at an example of how adding resources to the plan can improve output. Adele is a marketing manager at an architecture firm. She's driving the marketing plan for a new service her firm is offering called, "Workspace Strategy and Design" to create flexible and efficient work environments that adapt to the changing needs of businesses and their employees. She uploads a set of files to her plan for the project manager to reference:
-
Workspace Strategy and Design service plans.docx - a document that outlines the different service plans offered as part of this new service, allowing the Project Manager agent to reference these offerings in its output.
-
Workspace Strategy and Design Walking Deck.ppt - a PowerPoint deck that gives an overview of the new service, helping the Project Manager agent understand the purpose of the service and its unique details.
-
Brand guide.ppt - an overview of the architecture firm's branding, allowing the Project Manager agent to create collateral that meets their brand guidelines.
Without these files, the Project Manager agent wouldn't have contextual knowledge about the service, and its output would be very standard and not rooted in unique team context.
Remove resources
To remove resources that you no longer want the Project Manager agent to reference:
-
Navigate to the Goals view.
-
Select X next to the file that you'd like to remove.
-
Select Remove in the confirmation pop up.
-
The project manager will no longer reference these files for future task generation or execution, and these files will be removed from the associated SharePoint folder.
Important:Â Removing a file from a plan doesn't remove access from members of the plan. If you'd like to remove access from members, do so directly from the file.
