Make a call in Microsoft Teams Free
In Microsoft Teams Free you can make a one-to-one or group call with up to 20 participants from any of your chats.Â
Tip:Â If you want to host a call with more than 20 participants, create an instant meeting or schedule a meeting.
To start a call:

From the Chat tab, select the chat with the person you want to call. If you’re not currently in a chat with someone, you’ll need to start a chat to call them.

From the top of your chat, tap to start either a Video callÂ
or Audio call . If you start the call from a group chat, you will be asked to confirm that you want to call everyone in the group.

Under People, you can view how many participants are in the meeting. Note: You can have up to 20 participants on the same call from your group chat. If you'd like more participants, create a meeting. |

Share your screen. When selecting which screen you want to share, you'll also have the option to Include computer sound. |
