Use OneDrive on Android and iOS devices

Download and install the OneDrive app

Upload files

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Tap the (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select Upload.

4. Choose the files you want to upload from your device.

Access your files

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Browse through your folders or use the search bar to find specific files.

3. Tap on a file to open it.

Share files

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Navigate to the file you want to share.

3. Tap the three dots (...) next to the file name.

4. Select Share.

5. Choose how you want to share the file (e.g., via email, link, or other apps).

Offline access

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Navigate to the file you want to access offline.

3. Tap the three dots (...) next to the file name.

4. Select Make available offline.

Managing your files

Create folders

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Tap the (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select Folder.

4. Enter a name for the folder and select OK.

Delete files

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Navigate to the file you want to delete.

3. Tap the three dots (...) next to the file name.

4. Select Delete.

Restore deleted files

1. Open the OneDrive app.

2. Tap the Me icon at the upper left of the screen.

3. Select Recycle bin.

4. Tap the three dots (...) next to the file you want to restore.

5. Select Restore.
