With Copilot in OneDrive, commercial users can now generate audio overviews for Word documents, PDFs and Teams meetings recordings with transcripts. Audio Overviews in OneDrive is a Copilot feature that allows users to absorb and digest their content in a different way.

Get started

  1. Open any Word document, PDF, or Teams meeting recording with a transcript in your OneDrive work or school account.

  2. Click on the Copilot button and select Generate an audio overview from the menu.

  3. The audio player will appear in the bottom right. This player is draggable and stays on the screen as you switch and navigate through your OneDrive.
