Add another account within Microsoft Teams Free
It's easy to add another account and switch between account notifications within your Teams app.

Open the Teams app.

Tap your profile picture or More
 . - 
                    
Tap Add account
 . From here you can add another account. Just enter your sign in information and follow the instructions.

Open the Teams app.
 - 
                        
Select your profile picture.
 - 
                        
Select Add another account
 . Just enter your sign-in information and follow the instructions. 
When you’re signed into personal, work, and school Teams account, a badge count will indicate the pending notifications in your background account when you’re logged in.​​​​​​​

Find your notification drop-down from background accounts next to Settings and more
 .​​​​​​​ - 
                        
Select Activity in your account and other orgs
 ​​​​​​​. The notification drop-down will show:- 
                            
A summary of which Teams account, the notification count, and type of notification
 - 
                            
Types of notifications include @mentions, calls, and chats.
 
 - 
                            
 - 
                        
When users choose to view a notification, Teams will take the user to it in the correct Teams account location.
