Add another account within Microsoft Teams Free

1. Open the Teams app.

2. Select your profile picture.

3. Select Add another account . Just enter your sign-in information and follow the instructions.

When you’re signed into personal, work, and school Teams account, a badge count will indicate the pending notifications in your background account when you’re logged in.​​​​​​​

1. Find your notification drop-down from background accounts next to Settings and more .​​​​​​​

2. Select Activity in your account and other orgs ​​​​​​​. The notification drop-down will show:

   1. A summary of which Teams account, the notification count, and type of notification

   2. Types of notifications include @mentions, calls, and chats.

3. When users choose to view a notification, Teams will take the user to it in the correct Teams account location.
