Pages is an interactive canvas within Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat that lets you turn Copilot responses into editable, shareable pages. It's your digital place for generating, organizing, and refining content in real-time. 

Benefits of Pages

  • Persistent : Save and edit AI-generated content, making it durable and reusable. 

  • Shareable : Easily share pages with your team through Teams, Outlook, or the Microsoft 365 app.

  • Multiplayer : Work collaboratively with your teammates, seeing everyone's contributions in real-time.

How to use Pages

  1. Sign into https://microsoft365.com/copilot with your work or school account. You should see your name and picture at the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Tell Copilot what you want it to do (this is called a prompt), and select Send . For example:

    Document with sparkles Make a table with 4 columns labeled Name, Assignment, Status, and Estimated Completion Date. Add 6 rows to the table for data.

  3. Select  Edit in Pages icon for Copilot Pages Edit in Pages. This will create a page and open it side-by-side with the chat, copying and formatting the response for you.

  4. Continue your conversation with Copilot. Each new response can be added to the page, and everything on the page is editable.

Your pages will be saved indefinitely unless you delete them. For more information on page retention, see Overview of Loop workspaces storage and permissions.

Notes: 

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot Pages is available to all Entra ID (work or school) accounts with SharePoint or OneDrive storage, including those without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Learn more about Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and Microsoft 365 Copilot plans .

  • Copilot Pages is not yet available to personal Microsoft accounts, like Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers.
