Based on your ambient recording, Microsoft Dragon Copilot automatically captures spoken instructions as free-text order descriptions. After you've stopped the ambient recording and Dragon Copilot has created the note, a dot is displayed next to the Orders tab and you're notified on the Timeline tab that Dragon Copilot has detected orders in your recording.
