Manage ads and promotional emails
When you sign in to your Microsoft account, you can manage ads and choose whether to subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters and promotional emails from Microsoft.
You’ll still receive billing invoices, security notices, and emails that are a required part of a Microsoft service or programme.
To unsubscribe or opt out of marketing emails from Microsoft

Sign in to your Microsoft account Profile at https://account.microsoft.com/profile Sign in

Under Account info, select Communication preferences next to each of your email addresses.

Check or uncheck the boxes to subscribe or unsubscribe from the different areas.
