Notes: 

  • The shortcuts in this topic refer to the US keyboard layout. Keys for other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a US keyboard.

  • The plus sign (+) in a shortcut means that you need to press multiple keys at the same time. 

  • You can easily access the keyboard shortcuts list from within Phone Link.

You can access the keyboard shortcut directly from within the app in several ways.  

  • Press Ctrl + Period (.).

  • Select the More options (…) button in the upper-right corner of Microsoft Teams, and then select Keyboard shortcuts.

  • To navigate to the keyboard shortcuts with a screen reader, press the Tab key until you hear "More options" then press Enter. Press the Down arrow key until you hear "Keyboard shortcuts," then press Enter.

Navigation between features 

Note that different phone devices have different features made available to them. For example: 

  • On Samsung and certain Android devices, there are four features available: Messages, Calls, Apps, and Photos, in that order. To navigate to each of these features, press CTRL and the corresponding number of each feature. For example, to open Apps, press Ctrl + 3.

  • On other devices such as iOS, there may be fewer features available, such as Messages and Calls only. To navigate to these features, similarly, press CTRL and the corresponding number of each feature: Ctrl + 1 for Messages and Ctrl + 2 for Calls.
