To use Single Sign-On, you’ll need:Â

Link to Windows app version 1.24032.470.0 or later

An Android device running Android 9.0 or later
How to enable Single Sign-On on your Android mobile device?Â

Download Link to Windows from Google Play Store or open Link to Windows if it is pre-installed on your device.

Sign in with your Microsoft Account.
How to report issues with Microsoft Authenticator in Link to Windows?Â
If you encounter issues with Microsoft Authenticator, you can submit feedback from Link to Windows app by following these steps:Â
For New users:

Launch Link to Windowson your Android mobile device

Click on Details.

Navigate to the menu (…) in the upper right corner of the screen

Select Give us feedback from the dropdown

Fill in the necessary fields related to your feedback

Check the Include diagnostics logs box if you would like to submit logs, then press Submit.

After submitting, you will be shown a reference ID for your request. Where necessary, you can copy and share this reference ID with your IT admin.
For Existing users:

Launch Link to Windows on your Android mobile device

Navigate to the menu (…) in the upper right corner of the screen

Select Give us feedback from the drop down

Select Microsoft Authentication under question What is your feedback about? and click Continue.

Fill in the necessary fields related to your feedback

Check the Include diagnostics logs box if you would like to submit logs then press Submit.
