Pin your apps to keep your most-used apps right at your fingertips.

Pin an app to the left side of Teams

  1. Go to View more apps More options button on the left side of Teams—this is where you’ll see all the apps you've used.

  2. To display your app on the left side of Teams, right-click the app icon you want and select Pin Pin.

Tip: You can reorder everything on the left by dragging and dropping icons.

Unpin an app from the left side of Teams

Right-click an app icon and select Unpin Unpin.

Pin an app in a channel or chat 

  1. Open a chat.

  2. At the top of the channel or chat, select Add a tab Actions and apps button.

  3. Select an app > select Add.

  4. If you want, you select Post to the chat about this app. This tells everyone in the chat that the app is available for everyone to use.

  5. Select Save.

Remove an app from a channel or chat

  1. Select the arrow next  Continue icon in Microsoft Teams to the chat you want to remove.

  2. On the dropdown menu, select Remove.
