Add information to your note
Dragon enables you to use your voice to dictate, edit, format and insert blocks of saved text without having to type.
Dragon's speech recognition engine is very accurate and optimized for healthcare dictation - but to make your documentation go even faster, you can use voice commands, create custom texts or templates, and more!
Dictate or record your edits
One way to make edits to a note is to dictate. Place your cursor in any note section (or highlight part of a section), select the voice input button
That method is fine for making minor edits...
BUT... the most efficient way to add content to your note is to create another ambient recording.
WHY? When you add another ambient recording
After Dragon transcribes the new recording, it extracts relevant information from what you added and incorporates that when it re-generates the corresponding note section(s).
Adding another ambient recording instead of dictating can really reduce your editing time.
Use a Text or customizable template
Access the Library to insert saved Texts or apply a template to a note section.
Insert a Text
Place your cursor where you want your Text to go, then:

Apply a customizable template

Select the template in your list.
Dragon Copilot regenerates the note section.
Note: When you apply a customizable template, the re-generated section will include any manual edits you already made to the content in the section.
