Dictate or record your edits

One way to make edits to a note is to dictate. Place your cursor in any note section (or highlight part of a section), select the voice input button  , and dictate whatever you want to add to your note section.

That method is fine for making minor edits...​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

BUT... the most efficient way to add content to your note is to create another ambient recording.

WHY? When you add another ambient recording , you can simply speak naturally about what you want to add instead of dictating the exact words, and you can update information in multiple sections in the same recording.

After Dragon transcribes the new recording, it extracts relevant information from what you added and incorporates that when it re-generates the corresponding note section(s).

Adding another ambient recording instead of dictating can really reduce your editing time.

Use a Text or customizable template

Access the Library to insert saved Texts or apply a template to a note section.
