Answers in Viva: Introduction
Answers in Viva enables people in large organizations to learn from each other by asking and answering questions. An organization can leverage its collective intelligence on any number of subjects. Answers' natural language processing matches questions with existing or crowdsourced answers. The experience also rewards people who contribute back to Answers.
Answers can help employees get their questions answered, connect with other subject matter experts, expand the organization's knowledge base, and increase their overall learning.
Note: Answers in Viva requires that users have the Viva Engage Knowledge Service Plan, which is bundled into the Microsoft Viva Suite, and Viva Employee Communications and Communities. Learn more about licensing here.

Begin your Answers experience by selecting the Answers tab or the Communities tab in the Viva Engage Teams app.
