Get started with Microsoft 365 Copilot Pages

Copilot Pages is an interactive canvas within Microsoft 365 Copilot that lets you turn Copilot​​​ responses into editable, shareable pages. It's your digital place for generating, organizing, and refining content in real-time.
Note: This article applies to Copilot Pages in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. If you want to learn about Copilot Pages in the Microsoft Copilot app, see Using Copilot Pages with Microsoft Copilot. If you have a work or school (Entra ID) account, Copilot Pages is available to those who have SharePoint or OneDrive storage, including ones without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. If you have a personal Microsoft account, Copilot Pages is available if you’re a Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium subscriber. How to use Copilot Pages

Sign into microsoft365.com with your work or school account. You should see your name and picture at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Tell Copilot what you want it to do (this is called a prompt), and select Send . For example:
Make a table with 4 columns labeled Name, Assignment, Status, and Estimated Completion Date. Add 6 rows to the table for data. -
Below Copilot's response, select the Pages icon

Select Edit in Pages.
This will create a page and open it side-by-side with the chat. ​​​​​​​ -
Continue your conversation with Copilot. Each new response can be added to the page, and everything on the page is editable.
Your pages will be saved indefinitely unless you delete them. Learn more about page retention in Overview of Loop workspaces storage and permissions.
