How to share Microsoft 365 Copilot Pages

When you're ready to collaborate in Microsoft 365 Copilot Pages, it's easy to share your page with others. They'll have access to the page and its content, allowing them to contribute without accessing your Copilot chat session.

Note: This article applies to Copilot Pages in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. If you want to learn about Copilot Pages in the Microsoft Copilot app, see Using Copilot Pages with Microsoft Copilot. If you have a work or school (Entra ID) account, Copilot Pages is available to those who have SharePoint or OneDrive storage, including ones without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. If you have a personal Microsoft account, Copilot Pages is available if you’re a Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium subscriber. Share your page

Select Share in the upper right corner of your page.
Select one of the following:

Choose Page link to copy and paste the link in Teams, Outlook, or other Microsoft 365 apps. Colleagues will only have access to this singular page, which will open in Loop.
Choose Copy component to copy and paste the page, which appears as a component, in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneNote, or other Microsoft 365 apps. Changes made to the component within Microsoft 365 apps will update the page in real time.
